DELIVERY

 

The Baron is proud of his products and aims to send out orders within 48 hours of purchase on working business days. However, please allow up to a maximum of 10 days.  He believes in the quality of his goods and will not be happy until you are. 

 

We will make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated timescales. However delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors or events outside our control. The customer will be the importer for the international delivery of any Order. Therefore, before placing an Order, it is the customers responsibility to check that the Products that customers are planning to import comply with state and federal government import regulations, and that there are no local requirements or restrictions which may affect receipt of the customers Order.

 

If any customs requirements apply or charges are due, the customer agrees to be responsible for these.

 

When trying to estimate when a package will be delivered, you should consider the following:

 

CREDIT CARD APPROVAL MUST BE RECEIVED PRIOR TO PROCESSING YOUR ORDER.

 

SHIPPING ONLY OCCURS ON BUSINESS DAYS – MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY EXCLUDING HOLIDAYS.

 

THERE ARE CERTAIN HOLIDAYS THAT CARRIERS DO NOT PICKUP OR DELIVER.

 

PRE-ORDERS & SALES

Baron is a company based in the United Kingdom, when ordering from Baron, you agree to adhere to the national laws of the United Kingdom and to be the importer. Baron will make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated timescales, including pre-order time scales, which are stipulated on the product description. If delays to pre-orders occur,  you will be notified as soon as possible.

 

RETURNS

 

Return items must be in their original condition, unused, in their original packaging, with garment tags and any other security devices still attached. Baron Productions Ltd cannot refund or exchange personalised, intimate, perishable or time critical goods. Please see the following list for some non-exhaustive examples:

 

Goods which have been altered, or personalised to a customer's Specification, including bespoke and limited edition orders.

This does not apply to faulty or incorrectly supplied goods where your statutory rights are unaffected. 

 

Upon cancellation of an order Baron Productions Ltd will refund the whole sum paid by customer [excluding costs of postage and packing for delivery within 30 days of notifying Baron productions Ltd of cancellation. Baron Productions Ltd currently do not offer an exchange service via post. If customers wish to exchange an item, the item needs to be returned. Customers are responsible for the cost of returning the Goods to Baron Productions LTD or nominated address upon cancellation of an order within 10 days. If customers do not return the Goods cancelled, Baron Productions LTD may arrange to collect them and will deduct the cost of such collection from the refund due to customers.

WHAT TO DO WHEN RETURNING BY POST

Remember to indicate if you would rather exchange the goods or receive a refund. Please note that all refunds will be made to the credit card originally used.

 

State the preferred delivery address for your exchange.

 

Feed-back is always welcomed, so feel free to open-up to the Baron.

 

Take to your local post office to receive the tracking code and to successfully deposit.

 

To make a return or exchange, the Baron must receive the goods in their original condition  so, please ensure all goods are packaged securely and we recommend that you use a recorded or signed for delivery service.

 

If goods are returned from outside UK/EU/EEA please mark the box ‘returned goods’.

 

The Baron cannot accept any returns on any products that have been worn and are not in their ‘original’ condition.

 

The Baron can only accept refunds or exchanges within 14 days of delivery.

 

The cost of returning goods to the Baron is the responsibility of the customer.

PERSONAL FIREWALLS

The use of personal firewall software (e.g. Zone Alarm, PTF) has increased. Under certain circumstances these firewalls may deny access to our (and other websites') secure servers. To enable access to secure servers, check that the firewall is configured to allow the web browser to connect over port 443 (SSL). We are also aware of instances whereby stopping and restarting the firewall may resolve connectivity problems.

 

SECURITY ON THE WEBSITE
